Programs

Little Explorers is a preschool series that allows parents and their 2–5 year olds an opportunity to investigate nature through hands-on learning, sensory exploration, and hikes. Please come dressed for the weather. 
Join us for a Winter Bird Hike at Shawnee Prairie Preserve, where we will look for the habitats of winter birds and search for what birds eat in winter. Plus, we will explore the color, shape, and size of birds. At the end of the hike, we will document sighted birds in our bird book. Please come prepared for the weather. Registration required.
