Kayak/Canoe Rental Rules and Regulations:
** All rentals must depart Alice Bish launch by 11:30am; any late arrivals will not be permitted to float with no refund available.
** All rentals must be at the take out location by 3pm.
** Paddling time from Alice Bish Park to Bear's Mill is typically 3-4hours; but you may take as long as you wish so long as you complete the float by the 3pm cut-off time.
** Rates are per boat. Lifejackets (PFD), Paddles and river maps are included with rentals.
** Children under 10, riding in middle of canoe are free (limit two kids OR 130lbs total for kids).
** Credit card payment is required for rentals. (please be aware a safety deposit may be placed on your card and returned upon the return of your rental equipment)
** A valid driver’s license or state ID is required for all

Please note:
** Your party will need to arrange transportation from the take-out location at Bear's Mill back to your vehicle at the Bish Discovery Center.
** All participants MUST wear a lifejacket (PFD) at all times.
** All rentals must be correctly stored at the take-out location no later than 4pm.
** All boat(s) must be returned in the same condition they left in.
** No Alcohol is allowed
** Non-paddling kids must be 10-year-old or less.
** Should your boats not arrive by the 3:00pm cut-off time, you will be charged an additional rental fee for each additional 30minutes your boat is late.
** All participants are required to practice Leave No Trace and pack out whatever you pack in.
