Located near the Log House at Shawnee Prairie Preserve, the amphitheatre/stage area has played host to many presentations, weddings and more. Basic electric is available as requested.
** If your request use will overlap several of the time slots available that day, please select only one time slot and list your requested time (including set-up/tear-down) on the contract.
** By default, the system will not allow any requests sooner than 14 days from now. Likewise, these requests run from January to December of the current year. If you need to make a request that occurs sooner or further in the future than that, please call us at 937-548-0165

Note:
All room users must agree to the Rules and Restrictions listed on the forms upon room-use requests.
A 25% non-refundable deposit may be due at the time of the date request. You will receive a CONFIRMATION and/or INVOICE EMAIL/PHONE CALL from our staff UPON ACCEPTANCE of your REQUESTED date(s). Your requested date is not finalized until you receive this follow-up contact from us.
